By using our calls with experts service, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the service, including both experts and clients.

Service Description

Our paid video call service allows clients to schedule and pay for one-on-one video calls with property investing experts. The call duration is written on every expert page and is known in advance. 

Payment

Clients will be charged a fee for each video call. Payment will be made when the call is scheduled. We accept credit and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel or reschedule a scheduled video call up to 24 hours before the scheduled call ( Unless the client scheduled the call less than 24 hours) time and receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call time, the client will not be entitled to a refund. Experts may cancel a scheduled call for any reason, and in such cases, the client will receive a full refund and will be able to reschedule.

Intellectual Property

All content shared during the video call, including but not limited to advice, recommendations, and strategies, are the intellectual property of the expert. Clients agree not to use or share this content without the expert’s written consent. Every call will be recorded and sent to the client in the next 24 hours after the call. The recording will be used only for private use.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our service after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any user’s access to our service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.
