From 327 reviews collected by Trustpilot · I highly recommend Snellers for the following reasons. They either answered or returned my call within the hour. If the particular agent was on another line a message could be left with someone who was always polite and courteous. You were never made to feel like you were bothering them ( even if you were!). Every person, especially Dyaun and Andy , were always helpful and knowledgeable. Lastly we had a situation were the exchange and completion ended up being one day apart due to a delay at the bottom of the chain of four, and Snellers were very supportive and calm throughout, even when I felt doubtful it would go ahead! A big thank you to the team at St Margaret's, Snellers. We are happily settled in our new home. Phew!! in the last year
