As the property was vacant and we live many miles away, we had to rely on the agency to carry out all the viewings which they did despite the atrocious weather some days! Throughout, all staff members were friendly, jolly and willing to help even kindly reading the meters so that we could exchange. Andy was always happy to discuss offers in depth and had a real understanding of how to negotiate. I can thoroughly recommend Archers of Crosspool. in the last year
