From 64 reviews collected by Trustpilot · Absolutely useless as managing agents - they can't deal with simple repair requests and it takes them forever to get anything done - if they just straight up don't ignore it. They don't know how to prepare an AST contract and lie about clauses they put in there themselves as being non-binding - when the legal opinion I obtained myself confirms all clauses are binding. in the last year
